The cover also extends to work carried out by sub contractors appointed by D L Foote Building Services. We are therefore enabled to offer our clients a ten year insurance backed warranty. A MasterBond warranty costs just one and a half percent of the cost of the work (plus Insurance premium tax). A small price to pay for peace of mind, you are protected from the moment you take up the offer of cover and MasterBond accept the insurance premium for up to ten years after completion.
